The entire cable industry has a very bad reputation in the eyes of shoppers. Time Warner Cable sough to encourage enrollment in services and combat negative public perception by bundling cable together with digital phone and internet services. The campaign focused on in-store sign up table events manned by a dedicated field team of marketing representatives. Later in the program, messaging explaining the acquisition of Adelphia Communications was included to ease transitioning customers. Designs included posters, event signage, banner stands, brochures, floor talkers and reference cards for in-store sales associates.
